We choose and prep a buildable lot in Central Florida and pick the plan for it ourselves. Before construction starts we post the plans and 3D renderings here, so you can see the house before it exists.

Can I buy it while it's under construction?

What's included?
Finishes and appliances are included. The renderings are conceptual, so ask us about the specific selections. Furniture and decor shown in the interior renderings are not included; the home is sold unfurnished.
Can I customize anything?
Mostly paint colors. If you commit early enough in the build, roof color and similar details may also be possible. Get in touch soon if that matters to you.
Is there an HOA?
No. There's no HOA and no HOA fees. The home sits on a 1/4-acre lot.
What warranty comes with the home?
A 1-year transferable builder warranty. Florida Statute § 553.837, in effect since July 1, 2025, requires it on newly built homes. It stays with the house if you sell within that first year. Ask us for the details.
Do you have a preferred lender?
Yes. Kristi Nowrouzi at My Preferred Lender (NMLS# 754092) offers a 0.5% lender credit toward closing costs, up to $5,000, subject to credit and property approval. You can reach her at (407) 590-4682. Using her is optional; any lender works. More on the lender credit.
